The most important things
for me in making music are silence, clearness, and simplicity.
My music is created through
inspiration from many different sources: classical music,
jazz, rock, ethnic music and electronic music.
What particularly fascinates me within classical music
is the polyphonic style of the baroque-where the art is
to let each single voice live its own lush life; and, at
the same time, they play a part of a strictly ordered wholeness.
This is exactly as it is with us humans.
Each of us is one single voice; a miracle of individuality.
And when we re-discover our profound and true individuality,
we also remember our link to the Wholeness-
Our belonging to the Cosmos, Life, The Earth and to Each
Other.
I come from being a visual artist.
When I switched to synthesizers
I never learned much about keyboard techniques.
I have always been motivated
by sounds or unique tones.
Wanting to make a difference in the World, I thought seriously
about what kind of contribution I could bring. I came to
the conclusion that tones set to a particular flow or rhythm,
could affect the consciousness when they carried a specific
intent.
Sound is the carrier wave...
My intent is quite simple to remind others of "Who
They Really Are"
It is like an activation of our cellular memory.
Everybody forgets who they are when they come to this planet.
When I make music I have virtually no ego as a player so
I approach things Childlike.
Very innocent and trusting, I go in search for the RIGHT
SOUND.
There are many layers to
the music so when you listen more with your heart instead
of just your ears then more and more things about yourself
begin to unfold.
It is like amplifying your inner voice so you can communicate
with yourself in a much free manner.
My profound wish that this music will inspire you on your
path to your inner source.
